About Tashafa

Tashafa is committed to assisting you in personal development and reaching your full potential.

The main coach, Heba Al-Matrouk, founded Tashafa after undergoing diverse experiences that changed her life. These experiences led to her intellectual and spiritual development and helped her acquire the skill of dealing with daily life issues.

We believe that this journey is ongoing, and Heba is passionate and determined to share her journey with everyone. She hopes that others will feel contentment and the desire to live life harmoniously, with forgiveness towards oneself and others.
